That should not be the issue, get from lahore and send them but I beleive that you have to obtain police certificate from UAE since you have lived there more than six months.

It has been 4 months that I have submitted my Additional Documents Request plus RPRF and PPR 1 to NDVO. since then I have not heard anything from them, anyone in same situation please share your timeline and how long does it takes to get ppr 2 request ?

I don't think so FB will help. It's hard to prove the authenticity of relationship from FB.
