No! You don’t have to. Because of covid, you will automatically get upto 90 days to submit your medical examination. Your application won’t be closed or refused due to it.

You need to upload new LOA to IRCC webform. Also, provide some additional details for why you deferred to next intake like no AIP but class started, slow internet, time zone, etc.... If you deferred to next intake with same course then your 1st stage eligibility will not be re-reviewed. But, if...

Hello guys, i uploaded my deferred LOA in September 7. Now, it’s almost a week; i haven’t got any mail or update on my GC key account. It’s quite strange. Have they received my new LOA??

If your college allows you to register and start classes then you can. But, you should also check refund policy of your college just in case if you don’t get AIP or get second stage refusal then, how much money they deduct.

Do we need to provide tuition fee payment receipt along with new loa for uploading in webform?? As i have decided to defer for January 2021 intake.
