my employer was not ready to give a certificate like that hence we went on with judiciary, even some of the forum members sujested similar procedure.....

i prepared my duties and responsibilities and gave to my agent even she said that dont just copy paste NOC duties so i prepared on my own and sent it to her for verification she came up with some corrections and finally one certificate was generated with 8 points and some text describing all...

dear westpoint,YH,other seniors today my CISC agent forwarded me the NER mail which she received from CIO. the reason stated was the immigration officer was not satisfied with the duties and responsibilities i have specified in my work experience proof document did not match with the duties...

but i read in this thread that some people havent receved their fee back after NER...

in that case of NER will their processing fee will be refunded???

hi westpoint,admin what is that "process fee encased date" in NER tab does it mean that procee fee was charged for certain applicant and then they received an NER
