Same happened with me as well. Officer had requested for documents but I never received any request letter in GCKEY. Under review of additional documents it shows "We do not need additional documents".

I came to know about the document request from GCMS notes and yes the deadline for document submission was already passed.

My application was on hold because visa officer had requested for documents but I had never received any request letter in GCKEY portal. I had raised a webform with all the documents they requested for and also got confirmed that they have all the documents required from my end and application...

Application submission time 12.27 est May 6. Aor in Aug. Still waiting.

No one can predict final decision based on this but yes, its a good sign that atleast someone is processing your application.

Its a Ghost Update. Officer might have worked on your application.

I don't think IRCC follows this process. Mine is E0022 still waiting for portal.

I had a call with them and they said no document is required from my end. Don't know why GCMS notes show something else than what they say.
