Thank you, We had a problems related to our medicals we received request twice. First one without IME number, then after 2 week got one more medical request again with IME. I called clinic they said they will fix this issue you dont have to do anything. now on monday CIC send me this.

I called them as well, I was advised completely different, she told me to let me put the inquiry why they cancelled the first medical. and asked me to call again in a week there should be fix for you. Moreover, My doctor is also sending inquiry to CIC and told me they will call me back tomorrow...

We almost have a similar timeline, this looks normal practice of CIC to acknowleged that medical results are being entered in the system. But when it goes for review of medical then wewill get to know if its passed or not.
