I think you're looking for another forum. This is about spousal sponsorship. By definition, if you'd sponsored your spouse inland with an OWP, she would have to be in Canada and you would already be a citizen or a PR and not eligible for Express Entry. You might try the forum for express entry.

ECAS changed for me from "in process" to "application received" for applicant's side today. We were transferred to Mississauga last week. Is this basically AOR2 (I've heard Mississauga doesn't always send emails), or will that not be until it turns to "in process" again?

Glad it went so well for you! I know a ton of people who've been in this process and crossed regularly with animals and have never had an issue.

They might decide to request one from her later, but she doens't have to provide one upfront.
