    hi I remember your ainp declined because your income falls short of LICO, and what did you do to get your nomination again, yes to your question , your spouse can apply an open work permit.

    Did u call the AINP office? the SRS Post graduate stream is already processed in applications received during the Feb 1 to Mar 14, 2016. Did u get a FN and keep track on your application ASAP.
