Yes thats all, in addition to the original LOA letter. there is no need to submitt bank certificate, education or experiance certificate. In the website they say that all copies should be certified, and that what I did.

I have this question especially for our senior members. Do different visa offices have different ways (their requests) to process application? Especially in Medical, RPRF and passport request.

Thanks to god, i have printed all my form to CIC (at last). Where and how should I put my photos? should i put them in same order as the checklis and how they will be attached by a paper clip. In the web side the said place the bar code in the top of your application, dose this mean the bar code...

If I am paying the processing fee by the form (credit card), do I have to include anything in addition to the original payment form,Becuse in the check list it says include the original payment form, and next to small check box it written copy. I dont know copy of what.

Thankx alot for ur help. by the 'heading' u mean the applicant name + the form title + the question number. In the back of the photo should I write just the date of the photo (as indicated in the website), or the date of the photo, the name and the date of birth (as indicated in the check list)
