I applied on 28 October And refused

Brother i applied it on 28 October VFS Lahore I received biometric acknowledgement on 27 November and 29 refusal status shown on my Gc account till now i didn’t received any official notification of my refusal

Its been 9 days I didn’t received my refusal letter yet i have emailed them bit no reply so far
