i also feel that because their own medical dept has confirmed in email that they received my medicals but now they say a different thing to the mp enquiry....they are just stalling

that will be 99% refusal.....for a girl they might still consider......depends on how long he is not working....if he can still show latest salary slips and ITRs then you can mention that he quit his job to settle in Canada that might work.

mp has asked me to email my medical receipts to ndvo again, so this time i am going to cc mp and ndvo with all my receipts and trail emails.

thats what has happened with me also......the remedical came with a 1 month submission date....so it if you miss it they should cancel the application or send a reminder....they just sit on the file.

you should at least apply notes....ndvo is very unprofessional they just might be sitting on it without looking at the file.

so finally one mp did the enquiry.....they replied everything is fine on the file but they didn't receive my medicals.....they are so unprofessional their own medical team said they received my medical.....so i don't understand whats the problem with these guys.

any april/may applicants with recent mp enquiries or notes generated in july/end of june?? want to know whats wrong with ndvo. thanks

hey you should try the mp of garry if your spouse is in edmonton....that mp seems to be very cooperative. my wife is not in Edmonton.

do you know shivaji stadium metro station?? its right there inside the metro station....take your passport, get the photos clicked in the vfs and carry the email and photocopy of passport.
