I just assumed that they haven't touched my file based the fact that they said its still PENDING INITIAL REVIEW I really don't know for sure whats going on.

I heard nothing at all from them. My ecas still says "application received"

I'm thinking I will get my PPR between now and next month. Next month will make one year exactly since Kingston received my application.

Not sure what the ecas tracker is but I do check my ecas on my computer everyday ;D

I've never been to Canada before so an ARC is not applicable to me. but I traveled to the u.s about 15 years ago.
