    Since we are applicant of FSW process of Quebec is little bit different... But in my opinion it will not make issue cause you don't have to forward any additional document of your parents in the PR process... So i think it will suffice but i would recommend you to consult with your lawyer cause...

    Yes of course DD will suffice (recommended 80% in DD /TC rest in cash)... You don't have to declare your property of India, Indian saving A/c also you don't have to declare...
