    LMIA application processing time?

As much as we might not like it, the concept is that the former are coming as immigrants, so basically permanent workforce, while the latter is supposed to be for temporary only workers

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

So 2 more days' worth of applications in 2 weeks. If they keep it up, they'll reach December 2013 in 1 year or so, awesome

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Yep! Although I certainly hope they start processing like last year, what's bothering me the most is that the processing time currently keeps getting longer and longer. I'm a December applicant, so even if I knew for sure I'd get my AIP on February or March, I'd be ok with it considering how...

    Out of delivery post office

Well, hopefully they'll do just that, ie deliver it. Mine has been saying "out for delivery" for 11 months now, using the same service. Good thing I got AOR in the meantime ::)

    Best mail service, recommendations?

Canadapost is a bit hit and miss. I sent it by Xpresspost, (December 2013), they screwed up and after 2 weeks they started investigating its whereabouts, still no answer, still showing as not delivered on the tracking page up to this day. Good thing in the meantime I got AOR :D Had exactly the...

    LMIA Question (Advertisement and Cost)

No, you don't. Just make sure you send the OWP application with your sponsorship and you'll have implied status as long as your work permit hasn't expired by the time they receive your application.

    LMIA application processing time?

Yeah, that's a load of BS from SC

    LMIA Question (Advertisement and Cost)

No, it's not true. Low and high skilled is dependent on NOC code, high and low wage on median wage of the province, thus creating 4 possible combinations. Provided the application is complete, all of them are processed and considered.

HELP! one question of LMIA application form

Hi, The cap is calculated with the hours worked, not the number of employees, as the hours could vary. Also, if your employer currently has less than 30% but above 10%, they're still not able to hire any more workers, as they'll get locked in to their current percentage (so if for example their...

    LMIA application processing time?

Yes, this is what they're always asking, standard policy I suppose

Is legal status now required for In-Canada Spousal or Common-Law sponsorship?

Since you are currently in status and if you've sent an OWP with your application, then I don't see why you wouldn't have implied status

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

If it helps, had applied for an extension on August 12th and received it on October 24th

    LMIA application processing time?

The whole process sucks from the beginning to the end. We sent an application with Xpresspost on Oct 15th, Canadapost messed something up and they haven't delivered it yet, tracking is stuck on "out for delivery" since Oct 16th and after contacting them and creating a ticket, they said it will...

    Travel insurance for IEC

Depends on the policy of the company/plan. I had mine refunded almost completely as I got my health card after 1 month. All they needed to see was a copy of the health card and I got my money back

Thanks for letting us know Harmin! Don't know what the issues are but hope you can at least make it to the landing interview after all, it's a pity now that your procedure has been completed
