If I am sending by post, originals of all these need to be send as well ? Now they only do postal due to lockdown. I am not able to call them, as either they are too busy or phone line is not working. Have been trying to get hold on them for two days.

I updated mine on Oct 19 Online. It is updated now. I dont know the exact date when it was updated.

Does FP request come after "In-progress" and it gets stuck after ?

looks like applications are getting completed within 6 months in some cases (one person from Oct2019 got it completed in 133 days !)
