i dont understand why the tie breaker rule is so confusing to many... who ever above the cut of ll get ita... who all have crs equal to cut off.. tie breaker will be applied.. it is as simple as that... :) * CRS > cut off -> guaranteed ITA * CRS = cut off -> tie breaker rule applicable
