Apparently it can take a very long time for the PR application to get processed. There are many self-reported cases in which total time beginning with AOR and culminating in PPR exceeded 18 months. Some even had to wait for more than 2 years. Good luck!

Yes I did request gcms notes and they show that everything is in order. However,ss is in progress.

I have been waiting on my ppr for 21 months. You can back calculate and estimate. Cheers!
