I had the similar email yesterday. It means we are probably from the 'lucky' group of Dec 15 - Jan 10 applicants who were transferred to new offices like Sydney and we wait way much longer than others to pass medicals. More than 2 months so far.

I am also USA applicant, my AOR was 7th Jan and I also didn't have any updates. You can check out December trackers, applicants from USA wait for 2 months to get their medicals passed, no matter what category they are. I guess there are not so many applicants from USA, so they decided not to...

Well, I can give my own example - FSW (no waiting for province), Outland, USA Applicant (not very overcrowded, I guess), no army history, no government jobs, no visa refusals. Only one applicant without family. Waiting from 7th Jan with no status update, while others with more applicants, PNP...

Are you sure about that? According to description of your NOC, it does require only secondary school. Did you mean they gave you points while counting your CRS score or they reduced them during the checks after ITA?
