Honestly our issues are not the same, as you are saying you worked illegally whereas I was authorized to work, so a vast difference in that. My question was something different but never mind.

Thats what I understand too, but I got points for the dec 2014 experience (implied status) as I wasn't a full time student then and had completed all my study requirements. Wish they gave more clarity. Thanks again,

Thanks for the reply. So now that I didn't check the box but only accepted a ITA in on 4th Dec should I give a LOE? The reason I accepted an ITA only on Dec 4th is as prior to that I was getting points for having worked during the scheduled break. Or should I decline and wait for another draw...

I had a study permit but wasn't a full time student. Based on the new rules no off campus work permit is required. But it does mention one is authorized to work while waiting for PGWP. It's confusing
