Hi Everybody, Good to see that there is some progress at the Mississauga office. I haven't reached there yet. Just checked the Ecas and now it went into process on June 3rd. I can't update the spreadsheet, please can someone do that for me. Thanks.

Just for everyone's information, I called CIC yesterday and the recorded message under status of citizenship application is as follows: "If your application was received or mailed after March 17, 2015, we are yet not processing the same."

Looks like your eCAS got activated before the AOR was sent out. As they only say recd your application on March 17. If they had sent out an AOR, another line would say "We have sent you an acknowledgement of receipt on _______ (date) , please consider the delay in the mail etc......." Just...

March applicants have been moving really fast. if you see the spreadsheet for March Applicants some got there AOR's in 5 days also. Hope that Mississauga office keeps up the pace.

Perfectly normal. It should take a few days for ecas to be activated. Mine took 4 days.

Hope the wait is not long... CIC has been moving really fast. My husband's application was recd by them on Feb 25th and AOR recd on March 21st and I recd AOR in 9 days. Don't really understand the procedure they follow, technically they should go in a chronological order, but by the looks of it...

Just recd my AOR by email. Application was recd by CIC on March 17th. That's really fast.....9 days. Wow!! Hope CIC keeps up the pace.

Congratulations Durgesh. March seems to be moving pretty fast. There are still some Feb applicants who have not recd an AOR. Seems like they are processing the current applications at a good speed. Good Luck everyone

I second that. I was told by Canada post that if it was any other location Priority would be faster than Xpresspost but not for NS.
