jese my medical done 8 jan 2011 to kya mujhe ab re med + ppr ki request nahi aye gi direct ppr ki aye gi jin k meds ko 15 months guzr chuken hain yeh un k liye new rule hai aur kia yeh apply 1st june se hoga

please elobrate wht does it mean kuch samjh he nahi aya kia ab sub ko 15 months guzr janey k baad re meds ayenge
