Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

I went to North portal border (close to Estevan). It hardly took 1 hr for whole process. I think it would be okay as you said most students do it. Not totally sure tho. You won't know unless you apply for PGWP.

It doesn't matter whether you have applied online or not, you can go to the border now matter what. It's just you have to pay at the border again.

IELTS result on Friday but TRF on Saturday - please help

I declined my ITA (for some other reason) as I was certain that I will get ITA again in next draw but I called IRCC and they said, I can just attach a LOE about this mistake as human error. So you could attach LOE and that would be fine.

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Then it is alright. However, in some cases if you have a job and the company asks for hardcopy of WP rather than looking at implied status thing.

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

I don't know about rainbow border but I went to the border in Saskatchewan. It hardly took 45 minutes. I had job offer 3 months before completing my course so I badly needed PGWP as my company wanted to see hardcopy of WP. You can try at different border if there is any close to yours.

Ray of Hope - 69th Draw

Right. For an international students who completed their studies from Canada and having 1 year of experience, can easily get 450+ and assuming so many international students, the CRS will be competitive.

I was also short of 1 week for completing 1 year experience. But they still awarded points for full 1 year experience. I think they go by month and not number of hours.

    Stay back

It depends on the letter you would be getting after finishing the course. If your school will mention it as 2 years course, you will get 3 years PGWP. In most colleges, even for 16 months course, they mention 2 years program. you can ask anyone who graduated from same course.

As long as NOCs belong to same category, you can claim points.

    Ray of Hope 68th Draw

I think it depends on how many people would be declining ITA and how many would be getting rejected after submission. This is how they decide about the number of invitations for a draw.
