2-4 months is not bad at all! At least we get the answer that everything is alright. Hopefully, it will not take more than 2 years for the citizenship app to be aproved.

It means that Eligibility is met. In a few days after you pass the new medicals, you will get PPR. At least that was my case.

It is not an extension. It is basically an automatic system notification when your current medical exams have expired. If and when they decide what to do with your medicals they will let you know. Either they will ask to re-do the medical exam or extend them.

You can send them through the webform. There is no link to upload them. That been said the medical center that you had the exam will upload them as well. You will upload the proof that you have done the medicals.
