they are jamaicans posted on other forums such as 2013 inland applications and the february 2013 applications you can check those they have 1&2 jamaicans on them. that has gotten through in august and september 2013.

thats crazy and too long while i see people applied in february and got through already. wonder why the delay.

seems like its mostly intland applications for 2013 though, I am outland filed Aug 2013, got my SA september 4 and is now waiting on a response from kingston.
