I’m wondering if anyone has travelled to Canada from the philippines with a trv who’s an immediAte family of a canadian citizen. As I heard Philippines is not letting any filipino‘s to go out of the country unless they are overseas workers, permanent resident’s of another country

Is there any TRV holders here who recently travelled from the Philippines? Are filipino’s with valid tourist visa allowed to leave country to reunite with family while waiting for sponsorship process?

I don’t think that they have open it cuz whenever I’m trying to put sponsor’s/P.A’s info on ecas it always say try again. AR was on March 13, almost 3 months already

That’s weird! I sent one and asked if they received my app and the reply was different than yours. Did yours have an agent codename and number at the end?

Are IRCC still working on outland family sponsorship applications that was receive before the coronavirus issue? Or are the applications on hold for processing until they go back to “normal”?

We’re still gathering our documents but mostly be done in mid march which is tax season. That’s a relief that I don’t have to wait for 2019’s NOA cuz that will take a while for sure. If they happen to need 2019’s NOA, would they send the application back or would they just request additional doc?

Do I just send letter of explanation that Sponsor haven’t filed 2019 taxes yet but will provide 2019’s t4’s?

Yes I know that but it says on the checklist that sponsor will have to provide proof of employment/source of income which is a letter of employment AND most recent notice of assessment. Would it be okay to submit 2018 NOA or do I have to file 2019 first and then use that?
