in my case , i did MR for another application and send the copy to CIc for pr application. And they accept it. you can also call to cic , asking how they can include MR results in ur pr application. As i understood u should inform cic or be sure that ur results were seen for pr process.

I second it, they make mistakes as a result they send my file for second review. I cannot imagine, why second review was due to 15 jan and then postponed to 31 march, how they can do that !! already End june applicants received their fee request, and they did not reached to second review stage...

Timing is very similar to mine, 12 may app received. They checked my file on 16 December, and second review required. due date was 15 jan, but it was postponed to 31 March. I received Notes for 20 Feb , so after that no any update.
