I put my name for question 5 and indicated that this was my name since birth just to be safe. It also mentions that you should include "names since birth"

I will be mailing an application on Monday for a Citizenship and PR card, I am very skeptical about using Canada post because of all the delays they are experiencing.

Who did you use? DHL or fedex?

I just got my PR CARD in the mail I landed in toronto dec-10 2015 I got my Card in the mail yesterday - Feb 20th Good luck to everyone else waiting.

Passport sent 10th and stamped on 24th. waiting for passport in the mail.

I applied under the CEC class. NOT under express entry. As far as I am concerned, I never had to fill a form that asked for Prooof of funds.
