Yes, you might've been approved even if you haven't yet received the email or if it doesn't show on ECAS. I was told I got my SA yesterday on the phone, but I still haven't received the email and my status is still "in process" on ECAS, and the status for Permanent Resident is still just marked...

So I just got off the phone with CIC, and they told me that I got SA today and that the email should follow soon. I'M SO HAPPY! I will update here as soon as I get the confirmation. Hopefully everyone from the same timeline who is still waiting will get the same good news in the coming days!
