the visa office will check their own database to make sure the names is correct. i too had the same problem. family book and id card of father's name was spell differently. my lastest gcms note says "xxxy xx,(xxy xxx per b/cert)" and we did not not submit a birth certificate for the applicant's...

no, cic just send the notification to your email. cic send the applicant's medical request to the linked mycic account. from the linked mycic account you can download the medical request pdf and email to the applicant

i have the same officer and i am starting to worry about him/her processing my file. Their notes on my file is similar to others on this thread. 'possibly bona fide' just scares me for an interview
