I mean did you send directly to CPC email address? I read from the Final Request email you can send directly to the said address if you will not be able to send your passport within the 30 days timeframe. Thank you.

Canada Post still can't trace your passpprt? Did you send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca regarding your situation? I read in other threads, they usually refund and pay the cost of the missing item. Thank you.
