MyCIC will be unavailable from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Eastern daylight time, on Saturday, July 23, 2016, in order to perform system maintenance. It was posted as a notice, hope that they will also update our MyCIC profile specifically the background status.. :)

When you checked it on ECAS it will only indicate that your Medical results have been received only. MyCIC account information is much accurate and detailed so when it appears Medical Passed, it means that you have passed the health requirement for immigration to Canada. :)
