oooh! I didnt know you could submit Family Class application with H&C considerations!!! I Know H&C is So complicated and approval rate is very low but I thought that was my last option.....I Know that family Class would be the best for us....as we could def proove we are in a genuine...

He is paying for child support...and is a bit late due to not being able to find a Job here....he has one now and is paying it again....but He cant sponsor me if he Owes anything...Oh how I Wish i could apply in family class!! I would have done it LONG time ago :)

Hmmm u r probably right...ty for your advice.... Hopefully there will be someone on here who did it already to give me some guidelines too...I know everyones case is different but u never know :)
