I got an update!!! Finally, after several months I got a ghost update on CIC without any change on the status part. I just called CIC and the agent said my eligibility is passed (it was RR for PoF for a couple of months) :)

Did they say why the put it under RR? any details at all?

I am in a same situation. The officer said PoF has met the requirement but then he said Review Required. However, above his comment, the same officer said Review Required: PoF: Ready to finalize. So I have no idea why it is still waiting for another officer to review it!

The confusing part is that they did not put any details at all! The agent just said Review Required for PoF docs. However, above the same note in the Summary Notes it says: Review Required: PoF docs: Ready to Finalize.

In my GCMS notes, the only RR I currently have is for proof of fund. But in the same note, the agent said Review Required: proof of fund: Ready to finalize Do you guys thinks that I need to send any document or something to them to better clarify the PoF?

It is definitely a good sign! For those who get a re-med request, they usually get the golden email in a week or so. For your case that your medical is extended, it should be more straight forward! Do you know the current status of your eligibility and background check?

Usually, that is sign of being in Review Required state. Many of us are in this category. Did you get any re-med request at all? and are you an inland applicant or outland?

It expired on Aug 1st. When I called the agent a few days ago, he said it had to be extended otherwise I would have received a re-med request by now. Thanks! Best of luck for you and rest of us! :)

What if you are under SS? Would you still get a notification for extension? When I called the CIC agent, he told me that my medical is extended as I have not recieved any re-med request before expiration of my medical document. But on the website, it still says "You do not need a medical exam"...
