@rainjohnny CEM are slow nowadays.A lot of factor contributes like the yolanda victims,past holiday season and maybe from the different visa officers.All we gonna do is just PRAY!!!!!Everything happens for a reason.And this year 2014 will be the great year for all of us!!! ;) :D

CEM doesnt update ECAS until they request you for PPR.Thats the time we will know when they did receive our application from CIC.So let us just pray that our papers/application was ok.
