dont worry,if they said they'll send it on 11th,then its 13th only today...let the passport come to local facility for delivery then ask the VFS....they can't provide any info without tracking number....so just be patient for more day or two........relax.....gud luck........

you don't need any software to take snapshot of call records for skype....Just press "prt sc" button for the screen you want to take snapshot,and open the mspaint and press "ctrl+v" and save the image.
