Any updates from those going through second review?

After receiving gcms notes I called cic. They told me the deadline dates related to my file going to review and that and the reccommended processing time elapses call the so that they can write to the vo to ask why it's taking so long.

I don't know how that's specifically calculated or taken into account. Logically I can only guess no as your not working your on vacation and that vacation is earned. But I don't know. All I can say is check over the amount of hours physically worked and make sure it's over 1560.

They calculate a years work experience based on the amount of hours worked. Check your t4 or record of employment for the amount you completed. 1560hours is the benchmark that is considered for one years employment.

Send it in!! My first application was refused for the same thing! If the same happens to you you'd have to go through express entry.

I've only gotta wait 6 months. You were told 15! Why such a long time to wait that's crazy.
