Guys i recieved ITA today under FSW. Do i need to provide my birth certificate? Its in a regional language at the moment so i need to get it translated to english and then probably Stamped by some govt body to approve its authenticity. Any ideas guys what do i have to do to get this thing done?

and guys one more thing, i got my ITA but i did not find a personal checklist of documents that i need to submit. How does one get them or find them? what am i missing here?
