I am too with AOR as 12th Dec and VO as Ottawa... nothing since medical cleared on 23 Jan

I guess same scenario is with Ottawa , edmonton and Montreal etc. I am seeing that the frequency of issuing PPR to Dec batch applicants is relatively less as compared to other months applicants

I have AOR of 12 Dec 2018 and only medicals cleared on 23 Jan 2019. I have same status display as of yours. guess we have to wait a little more for moving to IP2 or PPR

So I just got off the call with IRCC Agent... since my time limit of 180 days has passed, she dropped a note to the visa processing officer. Hope it triggers them to work on it. Status so far is : AOR-12 Dec 2019 IP1(Medicals Passed)-23 Jan 2019 Eligibility Met , Criminality and Background...
