You were born in Vietnam, hence you've stayed more than 6 months. Yes, you would need a PCC from your country of origin.

Hello, Could I still claim points for this? (Image below). I have a verified Bachelor's Degree as well. Do I qualify for the 2 or more degree's category? Any help or clarification would be appreciated.
