We got our PPR December 12th!!!!! Apparently our app was transferred down to Los Angeles, so they requested my wife's actual passport - hurried and sent December 13th. Hoping to get it back some in the new year (typical CIC hurry up and wait!)

We were in Buffalo, but when that office closed our application got moved to Ottawa.

We submitted on May 5th, I received sponsor approval on Aug. 17th and now they have started on my wives PR application as of Sept. 24th.

Checked on our status today and saw that they finally started processing my wifes application for PR! Any idea on timeline from when they start processing to when we receive notification that everything is good to go?

Does anybody know of a site that shows the Ottawa processing times? Would love to see something in writting showing how long or I guess, how slow they are moving on these. Thanks!

Got the notification today that I've met the requirements as a sposor!!! E-mail stated that the application has been sent to Ottawa for processing of permanent residence, any ideas on their timeline or will it be the same as what is online for Buffalo? So frigg'ng excited!!!!
