I never re applied without a GCMS note. It would be really silly to jump into reapplying without knowing the real reason. I got the most general of refusal reasons.

Worked for me because I don’t have any property in my name! It absolved the refusal reason of not having a home tie.

You are right but I’m speaking from personal experience. In my second application it did solve the VOs concern and I got no objections regarding home ties.

Just raise a web form and send over your “Job details” or “Study permit” or whatever your status in Canada is and they will send you the authorization letter in a week.

I’d bet that too because even though I clarified and changed so many things in my second application. The GCMS notes and the reasons for refusal were a copy paste of each other. You would think there would be some changes. None. No acknowledgement of new SOP, zilch!

Your best bet would be to get a will made from your parents saying so and so property will be yours ONLY if you will be present in India and you can write in your SOP that your parents are old and you have to come back home to take care of them and your parents’ properties or businesses. Also...

In my second application I increased my funds because first lacked it. They accepted the funds and gave me a new reason the second time for refusal!

Same happened with me! I liquidated my gold for proof of funds (30% of it) and mentioned stating I had some cash of my own and my gold jewelry which I liquidated in my SOP. That seemed to work for me. You can tell them your reality.
