    Understanding GCMS notes

I never re applied without a GCMS note. It would be really silly to jump into reapplying without knowing the real reason. I got the most general of refusal reasons.

    Understanding GCMS notes

An IRCC lawyer suggested that in a complicated case where you are young, have no property + live in a different country as home. Also the tricks he told us on how to present our application & the acceptance he got for other cases, sounded silly at first but you cannot get into the psyche of a VO...

    Understanding GCMS notes

Worked for me because I don’t have any property in my name! It absolved the refusal reason of not having a home tie.

    Understanding GCMS notes

You are right but I’m speaking from personal experience. In my second application it did solve the VOs concern and I got no objections regarding home ties.

SOWP approved for wife. We want to travel together.

Just raise a web form and send over your “Job details” or “Study permit” or whatever your status in Canada is and they will send you the authorization letter in a week.

Residents of GCC countries - Question for you !

I’d bet that too because even though I clarified and changed so many things in my second application. The GCMS notes and the reasons for refusal were a copy paste of each other. You would think there would be some changes. None. No acknowledgement of new SOP, zilch!

Residents of GCC countries - Question for you !

Have we completely written off the fact that maybe they really are just 10-20 people going “yes to this” “no to that” kinda thing? JK. :D But really you can’t do anything BUT wait. My college refund will take 3 weeks and can’t apply for visa without showing all that money. Imagine the amount of...

Residents of GCC countries - Question for you !

I won’t put it past them but I did read in groups yesterday that a lot of them have been told GCMS will be taking 2 months for now as they have a lot of workload.

    CIBC GIC is better

How much funds did you show for SP and SOWP? Also what did you show as home ties?

    Understanding GCMS notes

Your best bet would be to get a will made from your parents saying so and so property will be yours ONLY if you will be present in India and you can write in your SOP that your parents are old and you have to come back home to take care of them and your parents’ properties or businesses. Also...

All Required documents is gathered and it's really scary

In my second application I increased my funds because first lacked it. They accepted the funds and gave me a new reason the second time for refusal!

All Required documents is gathered and it's really scary

I haven’t reapplied yet! Changed my course from PG to masters and applying next week alone. My husband will be my home tie.

All Required documents is gathered and it's really scary

Same happened with me! I liquidated my gold for proof of funds (30% of it) and mentioned stating I had some cash of my own and my gold jewelry which I liquidated in my SOP. That seemed to work for me. You can tell them your reality.

Residents of GCC countries - Question for you !

I need to know about this too! I know people who went once got the passport stamped and then applied. They got rejected that time then didn’t even travel second time and applied again. Got the visa and travelled from here too. Please let me know too as I want to apply with the safest route and...

All Required documents is gathered and it's really scary

My IRCC lawyer told me that job offer literally means nothing to the VO and they actually take it to be desperate and question your application. Please dread carefully.

Study permit refusal unfounded, please advice :(

Ofcourse I understand that too but unfortunately our time and money is being wasted because we weren’t subjected to fair examination. I am lucky enough to apply two to three times but trust me there are people who cannot afford to spend that kind of money repeatedly and they are excellent...

Study permit refusal unfounded, please advice :(

Are you implying that every single ministry of a country performs exactly the same? You are having problems understanding the difference between someone complaining about a stream and A COUNTRY! Nobody is hating on the country, all disappointment is on the STUDY PERMIT SYSTEM.To explain to you...

Study permit refusal unfounded, please advice :(

People who can’t frame a coherent sentence are getting SOPs written for 10-15k INR (300 CAD). I have seen people with zero understanding of the course they are going for getting an SP only because an agent helped them and they slipped through the cracks. Going to Canada is our choice but that...

Study permit refusal unfounded, please advice :(

Please read again the difference between the country and the immigration filtering system! Very clearly mentioned. Read again. All people are complaining about is their system of not reading through the applications or not examining the files fairly. Read again. The difference. Now you GO FIGURE.
