Have you done your medical upfront? This just means that they have received the results and now it is joined together with your file. Your file won't be sent for PR processing until you receive Sponsor Approval.

I believe even the option C printout doesn't outline the employer, CIC just asks for employment letter. It won't matter as much to the spouse if information has changed but in case there is an interview of the sponsored person, then they may ask the other person about the job details. Still...

I am the sponsor, and I would like to know how to add CIC on my safe list of email so that it doesn't end up in junk folder? I use gmail and their junk filter is pretty strict.

Did you send it by a courier (UPS or DHL) or did you use regular mail? Did you atleast get a tracking number and signature record? These are very important documents, including some originals. Not to mention, the time you invested in gathering all these documents. I would suggest calling CIC...

If he filed taxes for the year 2014, then just include Option C printout for 2014. Once you have filed for 2015 and you get Option C printout for 2015, you can submit it later. You will do just fine with 2014.
