Did any October applicant hear anything from November..? Mine is still AR/MR :-X

Can anyone guide me pls, In my application the AOR Mail received after being transferred to New Delhi was dated 27th nov. However online it says application received on 8th October... Which is the date I should count my process from..? My file although in Canada was a sept 2014 application.
