Got the same status too. I sent an email thru DHL contact us link and I got a quick reply with name of person who signed. :) Don't worry pretty sure they received it.

CC charged just now! 8Oct applicant, NOC 2241... I got an sms that CIC tried to charge but CC number entered wrong or expiry date was entered incorrectly .. so I panicked and called my bank and they said CIC probably initially typed the exp date incorrectly but tried again and it went thru...

I'm also NOC2241 but Oct8 applicant. No charge yet too :(

I submitted my enquiry under the 'Contact Us' link on the DHL website.Make sure to choose your country. In my case, DHL Singapore replied within 24 hours.

Just email DHL with your details and they can provide you the name of person who received the package. :)
