    for some reason my lawyer wasn't able to connect my file online. I just use online tool or self serve options over the phone to check my app's status.

    Mine still says need additional documents though they have already received it . That means they have not reviewed the documents yet. Its over 2 months now since i emailed the docs .

    Mine got first transferred to Vancouver in June then to Etobicoke in August ! I don’t know what it is likely to be happening next! How long they gonna take more

    Mine got transferred in August I was also asked to submit the documents via email till date still showing as need documents ! Though upon calling cic they confirmed the receipt of documents!

    It’s a curse . Try calling them during odd hours . Especially on Thursday’s and Friday’s you’ll get through in one shot !
