They have worked very hard to make sure everybody's case processed in 12 months, so I think they deserve to sleep on the job, relax about 7 hours per day, and take a vacation until probably next year.

I think they should change that to 12 months processing time for each step. Look at the numbers people are getting here, 7 months for AOR, 5 months for IP, 8 months for oath, 10 months for background check, etc. Just unbelievable.

The last sentence concluded it - it heavily depends on the agent handling the case. Some agents are fast an efficent and some you have to keep calling and poking them to wake up and open your file. Unfortunately mine and a few others' are with one of those agents now.
