To update the cap is the last priority for CIC. They do not update cap weekly (as they mentioned on their website)

I believe CIC included applications in pending cap till December 16, 2014. So you will be safe. You have no option other than to wait. Have faith. if you only wanna know my opinion, your application is included in pending cap whether any other person do agree with me or do not.

No one can tell exactly, but after December 17, 2014 (when they updated cap page) it would be risky to send application in this NOC. But if you have sent it then have faith. Best of luck.

Sir, You should attach one affidavit with complete application. and all the documents which are in Korean must be translated and notarized. and also attach copy of original Korean document with translated one.
