try mo ulit email. twice ko sila email dati. yung una weekends kasi kaya siguro alang sagot kinabukasan. nung second email ko sumagot nman. After 3 weeks ako ng follow-up. try mo follow-up after 2-3 weeks mula nung nagpamedical ka. :) tama si jungle, include your tracking no. mo :)
