How long does it take to get PPR when Ecas change to Decision Made ?

Hey My Ecas change to medical receive and decision Made but I dint get any Biodata request. Is that normal.

Hello Friends: I am wondering how long it take to show medical received on Ecas because My doctor said she has uploaded my medical yesterday morning(27-03-2014) but still Ecas show in process. Second thing is what will be the next step after medical. Thanks
