Send an email to your visa office. They will send your COPR. May be you need to send a couple of emails to them. One of my friend got it like this.

Just got a call back from IRCC AOR September 1st CEC inland Eligibility recomended pass Background check is done Security not started yet. Does anyone knows when I might get COPR?

Hopefully in a week or two we get ours too .

My AOR is September 1st cec inland. Vo Ottawa. My question is Recently a lot of mid September AOR got their COPR. Does anyone have any idea when I can expect COPR. my work permit is going to expire end of next month. Should i wait for COPR or apply for work permit extension?

AOR SEPT 01 Only medical passed as of today I am a CEC candidates. Do not know what's going on.

Sure. Almost same AOR as mine people from Toronto GTA and Hamilton area getting their biometric done. Don't know what's going on.

Same here AOR September 04. Medical pass/ BIL received Oct 20. Since then waiting for SC call for biometric.
