I agree with him ... OINP is snail-paced ... please grab the opportunity .. !! Waiting for oinp will lengthen ur PR process time .. if u accept SINP nom. u will get out of the pool this week (if there's a draw) and in next 3-6 months you might get request to send ur passport for visa! Take it...

Now now .. let;s not forget August.. where NDVO's main focus was on Student Visas.. NDVO has recently picked up speed with PPR tsunamis for MArch and only half of september has gone by.. So hang in there .. i'd say !
